Rotaract = Rotary + Action The Organization

The Rotaract Club of Nassau Sunset (RCNS) is a member of district 7020 of the Rotary International family. We are a service organization of young professionals, who aim to impact the local and international communities we work and live in.

After being chartered on February 20, 2014 here in Nassau, Bahamas, RCNS has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life for those in its community. We have partnered with organizations such as Brighter Bahamas, BreAnne’s Care Closet, Willard Patton Pre-School and The Renee O’Neil Center to execute efforts geared toward Basic Education & Literacy, Disease Prevention & Treatment, Water & Sanitation and Peace and Conflict Resolution.

Over the years we have been successful at obtaining: Silver (2015-2016), Gold (2016-2017) and Platinum (2017-2018 Club) Awards at the District Level. The coveted Rotaractor of The Year Award for District 7020, 2017-2018, was awarded to our very own - Rotaractor Silena Evans.

There are more than 7,000 Rotaract clubs in about 163 countries and geographical areas around the world and RCNS and its members are proud to be apart of the movement - Rotary In Action.

We meet every 1st and 3rd Monday at Outback Steakhouse at 6:30 p.m in Nassau, Bahamas. Guests are ALWAYS welcome!
